Rack of Lamb


Free to roam and live a happy life, these rare-breed lambs are slowly grown giving excellent flavour. Slow roast with rosemary and thyme to maximise the flavour. A rack of lamb looks stunning on the table, but it’s quick to cook and beautifully tender too. Roast as a whole piece, then slice between the bones into individual cutlets.
